Experiments in PHP
Introducing...
I've been experimenting with PHP since December 2001. Nothing too exciting -- mostly rearranging the scripts of others in order to understand how it all goes together.
I started with random image scripts for client sites, and your basic dynamic content includes, but soon I was playing with Dean Allen's Word HTML Cleaner, modifying it for use for a client and xHTML validation, then compiled various email munger scripts together into one I could use for the same client. Simultaneously, I was modifying Slooze so it would validate, and so I could add images for links and more.
As I got the hang of it, I started to build my favourite script to date, the Puzzle Script that connects to JigZone.
This page is basically a list of things I still need to do for each of the scripts, for my reference. But if you want to learn from it, go wild! Just don't forget to pass the knowledge on freely to others. That's all I ask.
Some of the scripts will be made available as time permits.
